MADHUSUDARSHAN FABRICS PRIVATE LIMITED is a textile manufacturing company proudly associated with the brand "Madhusudan". Founded in 1996 by Mr. Purshottambhai Govindbhai Nakrani, the company has grown steadily into a respected name in Indian textile manufacturing.
We are guided by a team of six partners and supported today by approximately 25 core management and operational professionals and close to 900 skilled workers. This combination of experienced leadership and a dedicated workforce allows us to manufacture at scale while keeping the artistry of Indian weaving at the heart of everything we do.
Our manufacturing expertise spans Nylon, Polyester, Viscose, top-tier fabrics and specialised textile materials. Above all, we are celebrated for our sarees — a rich portfolio that includes Pashmina, Silk, Raw Silk, Banarasi, Crepe Silk, Mysore Silk, Kanjivaram, Tussar, Organza, Jamdani and many more traditional Indian weaves.
Today, our products travel through a strong pan-India supplier and distribution network, reaching customers in international markets through an expanding export presence.

Mr. Purshottambhai Govindbhai Nakrani founded MADHUSUDARSHAN FABRICS PRIVATE LIMITED in 1996 and continues to lead the company as its Chief Executive Officer.
